New 9 Bay Clearview For Cotec
We are extremely pleased with what we now have. At the start of the project, we were all very impressed with the way you handled the crane and module logistics – I’ve never seen such a dynamic production line.
We are blown away with the outstanding letter of thanks received from Cotec’s Director of Operations, Eric Palmer, and quoted alongside. The Cranfield Ordnance Test and Evaluation Centre is a National explosives testing facility – and as such it has very high standards with scrupulously monitored Health and Safety protocols. All the more heartening when this centre of technical excellence provides such a glowing testimonial to our company and staff in general, and our installation team in particular. We feel genuinely honoured by this.
Our installation work at Cotec started with a metaphorical bang, quite fittingly, just after Bonfire Night. The company organised the demolition of their old buildings, and the site was leveled and prepared for the JackPad foundations which we subsequently used to support the new Clearview 9 bay building.
Our 100% record of delivering on time and on budget was again maintained with this installation. The multiple smart modern offices are complemented by disabled and standard toilet facilities, document and cabinet stores, meeting and conference rooms, plus a staff welfare area.
This bespoke building specification included a corridor link across to an existing building.
At every stage from initial enquiry onwards we have consulted closely with Cotec’s Director of Operations, Eric Palmer. We’d like to reciprocate his kind words and thank him, in return, for the close working relationship we developed when focusing in on every element of the building specification. Window positions, comparative room sizing, placing of facilities … this bespoke building is crafted to Cotec’s exact requirements.
It’s been a pleasure to fulfil the order!
