Challenge: Bishopton Veterinary Group needed a new surgery in Thirsk to cater to the growing local community. Traditional new builds were too expensive, so they explored modular options.
Solution: Bishopton Veterinary Group chose us as their supplier based on our successful delivery of Portable Cabins to their site in Ripon. We designed and built a new modular building to match the traditional aesthetic of the area while incorporating all the necessary features for small animal care, surgeries, and x-rays. The building features a pitched roof with Metro tile roof tiles, brick-slip finish, aluminium entrance doors, wrapped uPVC windows, suspended ceiling, heat/cool air conditioning with ventilation, an X-ray room, surgery, laboratory and preparation rooms, consultation rooms, and staff and customer welfare facilities.
Outcome: The modular building was delivered and installed on time and within budget. The new surgery has been well-received by the community.
