Portable Building Sales Ltd were not only proud to have been chosen to supply, deliver and install the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance with their new modular head quarters building, but we were delighted to be invited to the official opening attended by 46 people on the 23rd September 2015.
Peter Aldrick, the chairman of the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, made a wonderful speech to the attendees in the modular building within the grounds of RAF Waddington, thanking everyone involved in the project, that started as a dream nearly two years ago, but evolved into a reality.
Comments on the day included how happy people felt working within the new modular building that created a light and enjoyable working environment compared to their previous accommodation and Portable Building Sales Ltd were thanked for their professionalism throughout the project.
We enjoyed undertaking this project and believe that the guys who are on the front end, provide and invaluable service to the public and deserve the donations they receive that save lives.
With that in mind, our Managing Director Michael Ward, donated a £1,000 cheque to assist in their fund raising. The air ambulance costs £2,000 each time it attends an emergency situation and they on average attend 3 situations per day.
We are delighted that the Chairman, trustees and staff of Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance are also delighted with their new modular head quarters building and it was a privilege for us to meet such fantastic people and be involved in such a prestigious project.
