Is this really a used modular building?

Portable Building Sales have provided a school near Slough with a fully refurbished “L” shaped used modular building which is to be used as a canteen and dining facility.

The building has been clad externally in a kiln dried thermo wood timber cladding, has had new white Upvc double glazed feature windows fitted, new white Upvc double glazed doors fitted and has had the internal walls relined in a white vinyl faced washable plasterboard with a new vinyl floor covering.

The school is delighted and cannot believe it is a used modular building.

Used modular buildings do not have to look used and still represent a significant saving on a new manufactured building.

Portable Building Sales were also asked to undertake the ground-works, foundations, planning and project management as a complete package.
