TDR Construction reap the advantages of a “Trade Sale” purchase.

TDR Limited were looking for improved office accommodation facilities, and for maximising their accommodation opportunities within a limited budget. As they already operate out of existing offices, they had both the time and the capacity to make their own alterations to their chosen building, as required.

They therefore purchased an excellent 10 section, double storey pre-owned Elliott modular building from us, on a “Trade Sale” basis.

A “Trade Sale” is when we supply a building in its existing condition and layout, on a shell and core development basis. It does not include any further alterations, decoration and upgrades to any lighting or heating.

There are substantial savings to be made when purchasing a building on this basis, and if your particular circumstances fit this model, then you can also access a spectacular amount of accommodation space at a very satisfying price.
