Smithers Pira project completed to “Timeteam” timescale!

Smithers Pira in Surrey have just had one of our 7.2m x 12m used modular buildings installed for use as substantial additional office space. Completely refurbished by us, both internally and externally, it demonstrates our usual superb value for money.

Smithers Pira’s initial tentative enquiries were right back in July 2011, but a combination of delaying factors on their side has meant that the project wasn’t finally and safely completed and delivered until November 2015!

This has been our longest ever enquiry to handover period… but good things are always worth waiting for… and mutual patience has paid dividends for both of our companies, once we’d completed the historical research on the project!
