Timber clad canteen for Holy Family School

Another refurbished timber clad modular building delivered, another happy customer
Holy Family 3 Holy Family 4

Dear Michael,

From the moment staff at Holy Family School contacted Michael at Portable Building Sales it was evident that we were dealing with a genuine person who is an expert in reconditioned portable buildings.  A trip to Hull to see a unit that had recently been installed on a school site showed us the high standard of refit this company adheres to.

The planning and execution of the project was exemplary with effective communication between ground works contractors, services contractors and school staff all led by a Portable Building Sales project director.

Our eight unit building has now been in use for 8 months.  A kitchen was installed last summer and throughout the Autumn term our ‘new’ dining room has been a fantastic addition to our facilities.  It looks fresh, modern and the large windows and wood cladding mean it fits in with our existing traditional buildings well.

Any minor snagging issues were addressed immediately and I recommend Portable Building Sales if you are looking for a cost effective solution to needing additional space quickly.

Every good wish for the future and if you every want to bring any potential clients to see one of your buildings you or your team are very welcome.
Sara Benn, Headteacher

We were contacted by the Business Manager at Holy Family Catholic School in Berkshire, who needed a new dining facility for their pupils and although their budget was restricted, they really liked the look of our timber clad modular buildings.

They told us the maximum amount of pupils that were to use the dining room facility at any one time, and we calculated how much space they would need.

We proposed an “L” shaped 8 section used modular building and costed for the full internal refurbishment of the building’s interior with new 12.5mm white vinyl faced plasterboard lined ceiling and walls, new floor coverings and new electric’s, lighting and heating. We also priced for the external cladding of this building in a kiln dried timber thermo-wood.

The Headteacher visited our premises to inspect the building and was impressed even before its refurbishment, and not long afterwards she placed an order for the used modular building.

We undertook the planning, building regulations and foundations as part of the contract and supplied the fully refurbished used modular building on time and within budget to the delight and complete satisfaction of our customer.
