“Silly Season”… and ways around it!

Well it’s that time of year again, the time that’s described in our industry as being “Silly Season”.

This because all of the schools want their modular classrooms and buildings during the school summer holidays. This puts a strain both on us and other related industries as the demand for transport, cranes, temporary roads, ground-works companies and installation crews is extremely high.

We therefore have to work on a “first ordered, first served” basis… and many schools now place the orders for their buildings in January and February, thereby ensuring that they can be delivered and installed during this busy period.

The same also applies for half terms and Easter, but did you know that we will deliver your modular building over a weekend at no extra cost, so you can take delivery in term time?

That’s an invaluable facility for avoiding the holiday congestion!
