This South Wales council needed a school toilet block at one of their popular secondary schools.

This was a challenging design brief to meet, the school’s site requirements and the council’s specification plus a relatively quick delivery meant there was no time to lose.

The pre-owned building was fully refitted internally and refurbished eternally to provide a modern toilet block which included 14 toilets and a central trough hand washing area.

The building was installed over a weekend to avoid any disruption to the school and the South Wales autumn weather could not have been better for the delivery. Our install team were leaving site as the pupils returned on the Monday to the delight of our highly satisfied customer.

This 18m x 9.6m new manufactured building has a timber clad external finish with feature doors and windows. This modular nursery building has a large open plan classroom area, an office, kitchen, disabled toilet and a children’s toilet area and was delivered and safely installed in just one day.
