We were happy to be chosen to provide Southview School in Essex with one of our new manufactured Clearview Modular Classroom Buildings.

The building was safely and successfully installed onto concrete foundations in just one day and in challenging muddy conditions. The modular building included a 68m2 classroom area, a breakout room and a DDA compliant toilet and shower area.

Our customer was extremely pleased with our service from their enquiry to completion of the project and said;

“Just wanted to drop you a short note to say how delighted I am with the build! It’s been a challenge to get here (to say the least!!) but you’ve been fantastic, and very patient, throughout – thank you. There’s still a bit of work to do with getting everything connected but I’ll work on that next week!

We were pleased to once again be approached by Fairfield Primary Academy in Nottingham to supply them with a further two classroom buildings. We previously supplied the school with a 3 section modular classroom building and they were so delighted with our product and service that they contacted us again to supply new matching buildings.

Malcolm Lucas the Head of Estates and Facilities ordered a 12m x 6m 2 section open plan classroom with a toilet and disabled toilet facility / entrance area and a 3 section open plan classroom with the same toilet facilities.

As part of our contract we were asked to also undertake the safe delivery and installation of the new modular buildings and the ground work requirements.

As you can see on the photographs, the entrance to the school was particularly tight, but having arranged a free site survey by the transport company, we were confident of successfully delivering the modules to their final location.
