Room for improvement?

The BBC reports…

“Head teachers in England claim schools are in a “recruitment crisis” because so many teachers are leaving the profession and are not being replaced.

The National Association of Head Teachers says as many as eight out of 10 schools are struggling with shortages.”

This problem sits alongside substantial accommodation issues in many of our schools, who are struggling to cope with increased pupil numbers.
