Multiple Modular Classroom Facility

We have recently completed a project to supply and install a new manufactured fourteen section modular multiple classroom building to a specialist arts college in Northamptonshire in time for the start of the new term.

We were asked to undertake the complete project which included foundations, a temporary road and DDA compliant steps and ramps and the project was completed on time and to a fixed cost to the delight of the school’s Principal and Business Manager.

This modular classroom building, has a 20 year structural guarantee, accommodates six classroom areas, a staff area and a workroom facility and is fully compliant with the latest 2014 Part L2A Building Regulations.
