Buy back security for your buildings

Did you know that Portable Building Sales will guarantee to buy their own buildings back?

Just one such an example is when we supplied Interserve with an Elliott 14 bay double storey modular building for an NHS Trust in Southampton, with a guaranteed buy back after 2 years.

As it happens, this contract has extended to 3 years, but we have still purchased the building back with a removal being in June 2016. In fact, as we supplied relocatable Jackpad foundations with the building, we have also purchased the foundations back as well.

We are always happy to purchase our used quality buildings back after they are no longer required… an enormous asset for those situations where the increased accommodation  may no longer be needed in the future.
