With the UK birth rate rising at its quickest rate since the 1950’s, there’s more pressure than ever on schools to meet the increasing demand – with over 350,000 additional places needed by 2015.
The UK Government has pledged an additional £2 BILLION to help accommodate these pupils, but education budgets are still tight, and schools are looking for the most time-efficient and cost-effective ways to expand.
Traditional structures, as well as both new and used modular buildings all have a big part to play in the expansion and future development of UK schools.
