A Modular building, or not a modular building?

We have recently completed a project to provide a 14 section (7 on 7) double storey modular building to one of our large corporate customers for use as a training centre.

The exterior ground floor is finished with a brick slip, which compliments the plastic coated steel first floor external cladding.

So although this double storey building looks like a traditional building, it is actually a modular building.
