St Anne’s originally contacted us to enquire about our new Clearview classroom accommodation. However, they were constrained by an extremely limited budget, despite needing two full sized classrooms, along with the associated toilets, disabled toilet and cloakroom pupil provision.
Fortunately, we are a flexible and proactive company, with used and new buildings both being core components within our business. We were able to source, refurbish, deliver and install this high quality 5 bay modular double classroom building, at a very keen price indeed.
The building was refreshed and repainted both internally and also externally – to the schools’ specific blue colour, in this instance. It was delivered on time and on budget into a tight and difficult site, to the delight of the head teacher and the whole school.
The building has full heat / cool air conditioning and it is fully compliant with the latest building regulations. It is yet another example of our ability to supply and install buildings at a very competitive cost, without compromising on quality for the customer. The pupils will have superb refurbished accommodation to enhance their learning experiences for many years to come!
