New Royal Ascot Racecourse VIP Ticket Office

The Facilities Manager at the Royal Ascot Racecourse enquired about a new VIP ticket office in late September. He was keen to have the building installed and in use within a month for the Halloween race meeting in late October, so we met with him at Ascot racecourse to discuss the bespoke specification.
The building was specified with cedar cladding to one elevation to further enhance the superior Clearview aesthetics, and we undertook to relocate this ticket office twice a year, as part of the contract, which required relocatable Jackpad foundations. We guaranteed completion on time and on budget, and true to our word the manufacture, delivery, installation, fitting out and commissioning were completed a day early.
The whole process, from initial order, was completed within a month. The Facilities Manager was delighted that the building was available for use at their Ascot Halloween race on the 28th October. We certainly demonstrated our thoroughbred credentials as we galloped to meet royal Ascot’s challenging timescale!
