Linchfield Community Primary School urgently needed to increase their accommodation space, but to a very restricted budget. We worked hard to reduce costs, and assisted them with their planning application in order to bring the project in on time and on budget.

This 2 bay open plan space with kitchen area can be used flexibly as a classroom or art area. The fully air conditioned modular classroom accommodation is beautifully refurbished throughout, and will provide the most pleasant of learning environments for many years to come. As can be seen from the comments above, the school are absolutely delighted with it, and with our service provision.

Modular buildings require foundational support in order to be installed on site. Traditional concrete foundations are the most common route. Taking the form of either standard 600 mm x 600 mm pads or strip foundations. The final size and scale of the foundations varies depending on the size of the building, whether is is single or multi-storey and the imposed loadings.

If you have a hard standing site, it maybe possible to utilise a portable foundation system called Jackpads. Jackpads can be installed by our site teams to fully support your building on site. They provide a more cost effective, time efficient alternative to concrete foundations.
