First Building To Baileygomm Ltd

Baileygomm Ltd contacted us in March 2013 with a view to developing their office facilities. They came down to view our building stock at our premises in Melton, and subsequently decided to purchase one of our pre-owned, genuine Portakabin Duplex 3 bay modular buildings.

We refurbished this building to Baileygomm’s requirements, complete with new white Upvc double glazed windows, and we repainted the internal walls after completing the installation on site. We also installed new heating and Cat II lighting, to their specification. The building was delivered in June, as requested, on time and on budget.

We were delighted that our clients were so pleased with their new building – and they paid us the huge complement of coming straight back to us when they wanted to double up on their office accommodation. Within six months we’ve found ourselves providing another refurbished 3 bay modular building to match this original order.

Helen Geggie, the firm’s Construction, Design and Management Coordinator, has been a delight to work with. Her lovely comments radiate the firm’s enthusiasm for our products and service – and we were obviously pleased to do repeat business with them so soon after this original order!
