We originally supplied a 10 bay building office accommodation complex to Bredero Shaw in Leith, Edinburgh. They contacted us earlier this year to explain that they were pleased with this original building, supplied in 2011, and to ask if we could link additional offices to it. We quickly responded with proposals matched to their exact requirements, and this four office extension was subsequently ordered, and has recently been supplied and installed.
The office extension comprises a pre-owned Portakabin two bay, comprehensively refurbished both externally and internally to match the original building. With new white Upvc windows, a full new white plasterboard interior, new blue carpet tiles, new cat II lighting and electrics and a matching foundation skirt, this building exemplifies the high quality bespoke refurbishment which we can undertake for our clients. The building was joined to the original building via a specially constructed link corridor, and is already up and running, providing the vital extra working area to generate further business for the company.
All of this was accomplished at a very effective price, reflecting the value of pre-owned refurbished portable buildings as a really effective solution to the problem of extra space on a budget.
