TDR Limited were looking for improved office accommodation facilities, and for maximising their accommodation opportunities within a limited budget. As they already operate out of existing offices, they had both the time and the capacity to make their own alterations to their chosen building, as required.

A “Trade Sale” is when we supply a building in its existing condition and layout, on a shell and core development basis. It does not include any further alterations, decoration and upgrades to any lighting or heating.
