We have only been at our new premises just over a year and we have already run out of space. Luckily, we have been able to take another area of land adjacent to our premises to enable us to store more quality used modular buildings.
Portable Building Sales’ turnover has doubled in the last two years and we feel this is due to a number of reasons:
1: We have taken on some additional staff and have a dedicated, experienced, friendly and professional workforce.
2: We have introduced our new unique Clearview Modular Building and now supply these buildings to schools and commerce throughout the UK.
3: Our website has gone from strength to strength and had created more new enquiries.
4: We have received a significant amount of repeat business from satisfied clients.
5: The company has invested in training and quality staff.
6: Our reputation for quality products, value for money buildings and professionalism from enquiry to handover has not only been maintained but increased.
7: We believe reputation is everything and strive to provide a first class friendly and professional service as a standard.
So what for the future year?
We will endeavour to maintain our standards, continue to work hard and look after our staff and clients.
We have started a hire fleet of new manufactured Clearview Modular Buildings and have a number on hire throughout the country. All of our hire buildings are self funded and we are fortunate enough to have no overdraft or borrowings, which enables to us provide more competitive prices.
We intend to take on another member of staff within our sales department to strengthen the existing team, increase the amount of new and used modular buildings on hire and will purchase more quality used single and double storey modular buildings for use as classsroom and office accommodation.
