The building has been located within the warehouse and was positioned in place by a hi-ab craned vehicle and to the full satisfaction of the client.

Portable Building Sales recently won an order to supply a four bay high specification used modular building to an MOD camp near Salisbury. Portable Building Sales have not only supplied the building, but also supplied jack pad foundations as well. The building has been repainted in Army green and was fitted out with a new vinyl floor covering after installation. The total time period on site was 2 days from delivery of the building to completion of our works and to the complete statisfaction of our client.

Portable Building Sales have won an order to supply a quality used modular building to an RAF Museum. The building will used as a canteen / entertainment area for children visiting the museum and will be installed and completed within a 2 day period.

Portable Building Sales recently won an order to supply a Goole based haulage company with a quality pre-owned modular main office facility. The company have been operating from a 50'x 12' cabin and have outgrown their ofices.

Portable Building Sales have recently purchased a premier 5 bay modular building from a London PCT and will dismantle and remove the building within a 2 week period. Instead of the PCT having to incur expensive demolition costs, they have now received a payment for the building and no longer have to incur any removal costs.

Portable Building Sales win an order to supply a pre-owned modular building to Norfolk.

Portable Building Sales have won an order to supply a pre-owned six bay modular office building to a specialised in depth soil analysis company. The building was purchased from a company in Coventry and will be dismantled and delivered direct to the new premises of the client, saving expensive double handling costs. The building will used to house their reception area, sales, marketing and finance departments and will include a meeting room, kitchen and disabled male and female toilet areas. 

 

Portable Building Sales succesfully complete a new modular office project in Middlesbrough.

Portable Building Sales have completed a project to supply a pre-owned eight bay modular office building to a chemical company in Middlesbrough. The building was purchased from a PCT in Burnley and was delivered direct to Middlesbrough onto precast concrete foundations. The works included a total fit out with a central corridor and offices / meeting rooms, together with male and female toilet facilities and a kitchen area. Fire doors with heat seals and vision panels were supplied throughout the building and finally the building was totally redecorated internally with new carpet tiles fitted.

 

Lincolnshire Nursery School receive a new building.

Portable Building Sales have supplied a quality pre-owned two bay modular nursery building to Thorpe on the Hill nursery school. In addition, an old Portakabin Pullman cabin was removed and taken in part exchange. Portable Building Sales not only delivered the building through an extremely tight entrance, but supplied and fitted the Jackpack foundations the same day as the installation of the building. By 6pm the project was completed and now the nursery looks forward to having a building that is twice the size of its old building.

Portable Building Sales have won their third order in less than 9 months for a nuclear power station. Previously we have supplied both a twelve and fourteen bay quality pre-owned modular building and now have an order to supply, deliver and erect onto Jackpad foundations a fully refurbished training facility.
