Portable Building Sales Ltd supply quality used modular office buildings at under half the cost of
an equivalent new manufactured building.

All of our pre-owned modular buildings comply with the current 2006 Part L2A building regulations, come complete with a
12 months guarantee and represent excellent value for money.

How are we able to do this?

We only purchase quality modular buildings that can be left on their donor site for a few months enabling us to deliver the building direct to your site. This means that by delivering the building direct, you are able to save unnecessary and expensive double handling costs.

Many of our buildings come complete with offices, toilet areas, kichen areas, reception areas and meeting rooms which we charge no more for. To have these areas purposely built would amount to addtional costs running into thousands of pounds.

In addition by purchasing a used modular building, you are helping to save the environment, as
pre-owned modulars only use 3% of the energy required to manufacture an equivalent new building beacuse the embodied energy is transportable.
