Portable Building Sales Ltd guarantee all of the buildings that we supply.

All new buildings are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against water ingress and faulty materials.

All pre-owned modular buildings are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against water ingress.

All pre-owned cabins are guaranteed for a period of 3 months against water ingress.

Please note that light fittings are not included within the guarantee.
