We have combined a quality product that is aesthetically superior to many other manufacturers buildings and which is a fraction of the cost that you could pay for other modular buildings.

How do we do this?
Although our modular office buildings are manufactured to the latest specifications and building regulations, we have designed them not to be over engineered.
For example our buildings will not stack 2 or 3 stories high, but if you only require a single storey building, then why pay for it to be over engineered.

In addition we are a small but proud and professional company with small overheads and an enviable reputation, so why pay additional profit to a company that needs to charge more just to cover their larger overheads.

We offer a first class service from enquiry to final handover, a personal service that we don't believe can be achieved successfully by larger companies.

Our first client to purchase a new manufactured building from our "Executive range" was Hutchesons' Grammer School in Glasgow, who invited three companies in total to submit their quotations.

After conducting a site survey and meeting with the team at Hutchesons' Grammar School, we submitted our quotation and won the order to supply an "Executive" new manufactured 6 bay modular admin office building.

The building was completed two days after delivery to the full and complete satisfaction of our client, who said of us,
