2: We will visit your premises, inspect your building and discuss the process.

3: We will submit a guaranteed written purchase offer.

4: Upon acceptance of our offer we will pay an agreed deposit payment.

5: We will supply a full Health & Safety package, insurances and programme of works.

6: We will attend a meeting with your Health & Safety representative to discuss the removal.

7: We will pay for the balance of the building prior to any works commencing.

8: We will remove your building professionally and safely to an agreed programme.
